CAR Publishes all reports from our archaeological surveys and excavations. Access our collections through the following links.

UTSA Libraries Special Collections recently began a collaborative project with UTSA's Center for Archaeological Research (CAR) to provide electronic access to all of the Center's publications.

The CAR digital collection encompasses all of the Center's publications between 1974-2010, including the Archaeological Survey Reports Series, Choke Canyon Series [#1-11], Guidebooks in Archaeology [ #1-3], Regional Studies [ #1-3], San Juan Batista Studies Series [#1-3], and Technical and Special reports. A majority of the documents are archaeological survey reports from excavations performed by CAR in southern and western Texas, including several significant archaeological excavations in the San Antonio area.

The 500+ reports in the collection total over 30,000 digitized pages and are full text searchable.
