If you need to revise your profile on the website or add a new profile, please submit this form and provide us the information you would like added or revised.
Please note that faculty profiles also have the ability to instead pull information from Digital Measures (updated on the faculty side) if you prefer. This will chronologically pull content from the platform for automatic placement under the respective sections of the profile page (Awards, Grants, Papers, etc).
Once your event has been placed onto RowdyLink, we can add your event to COLFA Connect, the monthly newsletter sent to all COLFA students, faculty, and staff. COLFA Connect keeps students informed about events as well as scholarships, study abroad, and student organization opportunities available to students across COLFA.
Please contact please contact Nick Ward, Associate Director of Communications, Nicholas.Ward2@utsa.edu and CC Breanna Castillo, Communications Coordinator, Breanna.Castillo@utsa.edu with the event(s) you would like to promote through COLFA Connect.
The Academic Strategic Communications team oversees and manages the content shared on the screens. Provided you have a 1920 x 1080 sized image ready for distribution, you can learn more about the process of submitting your request for placement on campus digital screens at this website.
If you are interested in creating a promotional digital screen image to run on the kiosk screens on the 2nd floor of the McKinney Humanities building, contact Michael Rushforth at Michael.Rushforth@utsa.edu
