If you need to revise your profile on the website or add a new profile, please submit this form and provide us the information you would like added or revised.

Please note that faculty profiles also have the ability to instead pull information from Digital Measures (updated on the faculty side) if you prefer. This will chronologically pull content from the platform for automatic placement under the respective sections of the profile page (Awards, Grants, Papers, etc).

To add a new web page or revise an existing web page, please contact Nick Ward, Associate Director of Communications, Nicholas.Ward2@utsa.edu and CC Breanna Castillo, Communications Coordinator, Breanna.Castillo@utsa.edu.

We are always on the look out for new web champions, the group of dedicated faculty and staff members who take charge for their department to handle website edits directly. If you are interested in becoming a web champion, please contact Nick Ward, Associate Director of Communications, Nicholas.Ward2@utsa.edu.

Event flyers are one of the few items that we do not directly handle directly due to the sheer volume of events across our college. As we are an Adobe Campus, we highly recommend utilizing Adobe Express (free to use and login with using your UT San Antonio e-mail address) as your go-to tool for easily designing flyers and social media collateral for your event.

The notable exception to this is in regards to conferences, symposiums, and other similar large scale events. If you are hosting an event that meets this criteria, please contact Nick Ward, Associate Director of Communications, Nicholas.Ward2@utsa.edu

Once your event has been placed onto RowdyLink, we can add your event to COLFA Connect, the monthly newsletter sent to all COLFA students, faculty, and staff. COLFA Connect keeps students informed about events as well as scholarships, study abroad, and student organization opportunities available to students across COLFA.

Please contact please contact Nick Ward, Associate Director of Communications, Nicholas.Ward2@utsa.edu and CC Breanna Castillo, Communications Coordinator, Breanna.Castillo@utsa.edu with the event(s) you would like to promote through COLFA Connect.

We cannot. For the sake of volume, we do not promote individual classes. We encourage you to utilize public posting boards around the building you teach in as well as informing your classes directly.
