The COLFA Digital Initiatives (DI) launches a Student Affiliate Program open to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) students from all majors.
Student affiliates represent the COLFA Digital Initiatives (DI) and support or engage with the work from digital business development to related education activities such as training, mentorship, and events for the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) peers.
Once a student is appointed as an affiliate, a position title is assigned and the affiliate will work for the DI’s varying projects.
Student affiliates receive the following benefits.
- Each student affiliate will receive the title of “student affiliate.”
- DI supports hosting and cooperating with affiliate-led events (e.g., workshops)
- Assistance with grant proposals (i.e., from pre- to post-award processes)
- Interviews with media
- Relationship support engaging with digital projects including digital curation and digital agencies
