Biography

Alexa Granados is an undergraduate at UTSA studying Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and Disease Control. Her research interest focuses on the relationship between ethnic and religious identities of Latino(a) and Chicano(a) youth and health behavior.

Research Interests

Sociology, and history; minorities and the prison industrial complex, minorities and the military, racial and ethnic health disparities and latino intersectionality.
