Jason Willome (he/him) grew up in the rural, unincorporated town of Mico, Texas, earned a B.F.A. in Studio Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000, and an M.F.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2003. He has shown his work in both group and solo exhibitions both nationally (Colorado, Hawai’i, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Texas) and internationally (Columbia and Palestine). His work has been featured in Beautiful Decay, Agave Magazine, and Stacy Dacheux’s blog, Revising Loneliness. He lives with his family in San Antonio.
