Maia Adamina

Bio

As faculty in the English Department at the University of Texas at San Antonio since 2005, I have taught, mentored, created curriculum, researched, presented, and published.

I also have a solid background in the non-profit sector as a leader, volunteer, and artistic participant. I served five years as Director of Reader's Theatre at Gemini Ink, a nationally recognized literary group, and for three years as President of the Board for the San Antonio Public Theatre, an Equity theatre.

I am knowledgeable and experienced in more than just the academics and art of literature and theatre, but in their practical applications as well. I offer deep experience in fundraising, public relations, media, education outreach, and arts management.
