Fiesta Arts Fair 2026: Student Artist Application Apply for the opportunity to sell your artwork at the 2026 Fiesta Arts Fair, held at the UTSA Southwest Campus. This renowned annual event draws artists and art enthusiasts from across the region, providing valuable exposure and professional experience for student artists.

     · Application Opens: October 6, 2025 (if possible)

     · Application Closes: November 30th, 2025 at midnight

     · Notification of Acceptance: By December 15, 2025

Eligibility: Open to all Art Majors. Selected artists will be those whose work is well-suited for sale. Think prints, pottery, small-scale sculptures, jewelry, etc.

Event Details:

     · Fiesta Arts Fair: April 18–19, 2026, Sat 10-6 pm & Sun 11-5 pm. Set up begins April 17th.

     · Selected students must be available to sit at the booth and assist with art demonstrations.

Application Requirements:

1. Images: Submit 1–3 images of your artwork that represent the work you will be selling.

2. Proposal: Include the following:

     -A description of your proposed inventory. Example: “I propose to have 20 ceramic pieces: 10 cups, 5 plates, and 5 bowls.”

     -A statement about how participating in this event will contribute to your learning and experience as a UTSA student artist.

3. A timeline of your production. Example: I plan to begin carving 5 linoleum blocks in January and February, print in March, and get my products ready for sale in the first two weeks of April.

Additional Notes:

-If selected, it is your responsibility to secure studio access and materials to complete your work. Contact the professors and technicians in your medium to gain studio access approval.

-Please be advised that dates and details are subject to change.
