Description
The first, a Roundtable Discussion: The Historical Significance, Public Impact, and Legacy of Jovita Idar featuring representatives from the U.S. Mint, National Women's History Museum and members of the Idar family. The second, The Jovita Idar Quarter Release Celebration which will honor Idar's historical impact with the release of her commemorative quarter, including a ceremonial "coin pour" to mark the occasion and feature Maria Hinojosa, Emmy & Pulitzer Prise-Winning Journalist as keynote speaker.
The Jovita Idar Quarter Release Celebration includes two back-to-back events.
