| Sat January 29 | Arrival in Italy (Rome FCO) no later than noon. The charter bus to Urbino will load at 12:30 pm and must depart no later than 1:00 |
| Sun January 30 | 9:00 am: GEV orientation meeting in Urbino. GEV will collect a deposit (€100 or $100) that will be returned at the end of the program if there are no damages to the classrooms or dorms. |
