Promotional Flyer for Nicola's Guest Lecture

On Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, Dept. of History Instructor John Carr-Shanahan, M.A. invited a special guest to speak in one of his History courses on-campus. Chris Nicola, M.A. is a retired professional with over 30 years of experience in the fields of Corrections, Investigation, and Speleology (Cave Exploration!). Mr. Nicola, throughout his career, has been an Explorer, an Author, and a Keynote Speaker who has contributed to historical discoveries, publications, and even to the medium of documentary film! The event was well-attended by the students of Mr. Carr-Shanahan's course and by other students within the History program on-campus. The Department of History would like to thank Mr. Nicola and Mr. Carr-Shanahan for collaborating in this effort to bring our students the opportunity to learn from someone with such a large and diverse body of experience.
