Biography
Kayla Valadez is an undergraduate at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Kayla studies Communications with a concentration in Digital communications and is graduating in the Spring of 2021. Her research interests include the effects and impact that mass media have in communities, the study of identity and expression, and intergroup relations.
Research Interests
How art is being used by younger latinos to express and advocate for change in their community and further using various social media platforms.
