Christian Johnson

Bio

Christian Johnson is a Lecturer I at the University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned her Master of Arts in Communication in May 2019. Christian is from San Antonio, Texas and attended UTSA where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication in December 2016.

Christian has always had a passion for learning new things and teaching others about it. During her second semester of graduate school is when she realized that she had a passion for teaching higher education. Her ultimate goal is to obtain a PhD and become a professor of communication studies. Her research interests typically involve interpersonal communication and family communication. She recently attended the 2018 COLFA conference where she presented her paper on Understanding the Home Through Identity, Familiarity, and Lived Experiences.
