Tyler Chen is a writer, director, and storyboard artist specializing in character-driven storytelling and comedy. He has worked with leading studios including Cartoon Network, Disney, and Nickelodeon, contributing to both series production and development projects. With a background spanning writing, directing, and visual storytelling, Tyler brings a strong sense of humor, emotional depth, and narrative clarity to his work.
He studied at CalArts and Cal State Fullerton and previously taught storyboarding at CalArts, where he shared his passion for the craft with emerging artists. In both professional and academic settings, Tyler is committed to helping creators discover their unique voice and build stories that resonate with audiences.
