Guest Artist Concert: Agarita

Description

UTSA School of Music’s 2024 En Vivo Guest Artist Concert Series will present guest piano quartet Agarita, founded by Sarah Silver Manzke (violin), Marisa Bushman (viola), Ignacio Gallego (cello), and Daniel Anastasio (piano), on Saturday, April 13, 7:30 p.m. in the UTSA Recital Hall. A chamber ensemble dedicated to showing audiences collaborative musical events, Agarita shows a new way to experience classical and contemporary music.

Join piano quartet Agarita for a celebration of Spanish and South American sounds, from the fiery tangos of Astor Piazzolla and street music of Radamés Gnattali to gripping new works by Andrea Casarrubios and Laura Vega.
