Queso Flameado ~Samantha Zaragoza

I made Queso Flameado for the first time and wanted to share a photo for our class blog. I didn’t measure anything so I don’t have a real recipe, but it was really easy to make. Bake Oaxaca cheese with some shredded cheese for about 20 minutes and top with cooked chorizo.  It tasted just like what I usually order from Rosario’s Mexican Cafe Y Cantina in Southtown.
