| The Master
of Science program in Psychology addresses the needs of two groups of students.
The first consists of individuals who wish to pursue doctoral studies
and need additional coursework and research experience in order to be competitive
for admission to doctoral programs. The second group involves individuals
who need advanced training for research positions in health, industrial,
organizational, scientific, or military settings.
To meet the educational
needs of these two groups of individuals, the program provides extensive
research experience as well as coursework in scientific methods, statistics,
and the content areas of psychology (e.g., social, personality, industrial/organizational,
cognitive, developmental, clinical, health). |
