The spaces below are available for UTSA faculty, staff, and student events related to the department. Preference is always given to Modern Languages Department classes and events.  

  • The Language Lab (MH 3.01.16) has approximately 25 individual computer stations and a teacher's table with an overhead projector connected to a PC.  Headphones with microphones are available for check-out in the Lab Office (room 3.02.04). 

  • The Conference Room (MH 4.02.04) has a large table that seats approximately 10 people and extra chairs and side tables to accommodate up to 25 people.  It also has HDTV connected to a Dell laptop with Bluray.  You can check-out a laser pointer and/or a mac HDMI converter in MH 4.01.06.

  • The Classroom (MH 3.01.28) is used primarily for regularly scheduled classes but can be reserved during off hours for other purposes.  It has regular UTSA classroom A/V.  Note: Classes will always take priority over other events.

  • The Studio (MH 3.02.04A-1)  has curtains, props, lighting, and a sound booth for theatre or video as well as a 65" HDTV with BluRay for viewing.  There is enough space for about 20 people to be seated around the TV.  Lab assistants are usually available between 9 am and 5:30 p.m. to assist with set-up and filming.
