Organization Description

San Anto Cultural Arts is a private, non-profit organization that serves the San Antonio community by providing residents with three projects. These projects are a mural project, a community newspaper project (El Placazo), and a video project. The community newspaper, El Placazo, is a local newspaper, its purpose is to teach local area students the process of newspaper production, while exhibiting their work. There are four areas students can focus on as part of the production process, they are, editing, layout, photography, and writing.
