Academic Interests:  Rhetoric & Composition, Writing Center Theory

Current research project(s):   I’m working on an article entitled “Standard American English: Whose Standard Is It?” for  a collection of essays entitled The Other Sides of Silence: Negotiating Race in Writing Center Discourse and Practice.  I’m also writing essays on Toni Morrison’s Beloved for a publication entitled General Themes in Literature.
